One day in 2012, Manny Jr. asked his father , Coach Manny is he could coach his friends at school.   After a conversation with Mr. Moyer , the principal at Rupert, the Rupert After School Soccer Club was started.  A few years later, Coach Manny partnered with the JT Dorsey Foundation and joined US Soccer Foundation with Soccer For Success.

Soccer for Success - "The most critical part of a child's day begins after the final bell rings. Soccer for Success is an after-school program, offered free to participants, that is proven to help kids establish healthy habits and develop critical life skills through trained coach-mentors and community engagement."

JT Dorsey Foundation - "Throughout the year the JT Dorsey Foundation will run community and fund-raising events. These events are used to raise awareness of programming and or to raise funds to run programs in under-resourced areas. "
